I am subleasing this master bedroom featured in a 3-bedroom apartment. The Master bedroom is large and has a walk-in closet as well as a personal bathroom. The other 2 roommates are male grad students at Nova (very friendly and neat). The living room... is already furnished with a couch, coffee table, stools, and tv. There is a full kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. as well as washer/ dryer in the unit. There is also a balcony overlooking the golf course which surrounds the property. Upon signing the lease, you can become a clubhouse member (for free) and have access to the gym, pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, golf course, and more. The apartment is less than 10 min from Nova and in safe community. I love this space, but I need to go back home for the summer to take care of a family member, therefore I am subleasing my room from May- July 31st and 12-month lease renewal is available.
