Bayshore Trace Condo on Bayshore Blvd features a very nice 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom residence offering 936 square feet of living space in a gated building. The condo includes large open-plan dining and living areas and a... well-appointed kitchen with solid wood cabinets, a side-by-side refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and microwave. Flooring throughout consists of a combination of carpet, tile, and wood, with ceiling fans in both bedrooms. The community offers plenty of parking, a swimming pool, and laundry facilities within the building. Water, sewer, and trash are included in the rent. COA approval is required, and the tenant must provide proof of rentersinsurance to the COA. The tenant is responsible for COA application fees of $200 per adult and a $250 move-in/move-out deposit. Dogs over 25 lbs are not permitted, and commercial vehicles are not allowed.

If you decide to apply for one of our properties, there is a $99 per adult application fee that is non-refundable. Also, a $250 Lease Coordination Fee once the Application is approved. Anyone aged 18 or above residing at the property must apply. We will (1) check your credit report; (2) check for recent evictions; (3) verify your employment, if applicable; (4) personal income, assets, or assistance must be sufficient and verifiable; (5) verify your previous landlord references; and (6) perform criminal background screening; (7) be aware that some associations also have application fees. We encourage you not to apply if you have bad credit references or a poor rental history.
