Private unit available in Riverside/lakeshore area of Jacksonville. The unit is a private attached space and has its own driveway, Front door with smart lock, and is completely private with no shared common areas. The unit also has its own mailbox... for mail and packages.
Comes furnished with a large king bed, 2 night stands, a small kitchenette, a closet, 32” Samsung smart TV, table, and 2 chairs. There is a small en-suite bathroom with a small standup shower. There is no kitchen in the unit, only a kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker that come with the unit. There is no laundry onsite, however the laundromat is a couple min drive. Very fast WiFi (600/700mbps download, 150 upload) is available.
Month to month lease. Must give 1 month notice of renewal.
The floors of the unit are scuffed in places and the bathroom (see pictures) is a bit dated. The space within the room is a bit small and may not be right for most pets. The space has central air that cannot be controlled by the renter. however the vent can be closed and the unit comes with a space heater and window AC to adjust the temperature to your comfort. The backyard is not accessible from the unit and access does not come with renting.
