This unit is in the well known Sugar Mill condo community. It's a very well maintained development in a desired location. The unit is rather special in that the condo has been totally renovated (100%) and is absolutely beautiful. It has a modern look... and is in move in condition (right now). It is located in the back of the development which is very private and is a corner unit (you hear virtually no noise). The backyard is also very private, pretty and calming (it has a nice feel to it). The porch is a great extra feather that can add to a lot of fun and enjoyment for the entire family. There is a specialness to this condo in that it feels very private, new, enticing and extremely comfortable. You don't want to leave it! The development has 2 nice pools and a tennis court. Seeing this condo in person is worth the time cause it doesn't do the pics justice.
