Tenants required to have renters insurance which shall include pet bite insurance if applicable. Tenant Responsibilities: 1st months rent and a deposit equal to 1 months rent, application/credit check fees, lease prep fee $150, Pet screen & lease prep fee $75 for first + $25 each after, Non-refundable pet deposit $300 + $150 each after.
