Upon Mangement approval we will ask for $300 as a holding deposit. $150 per unmarried for the HOA application fee,$40 criminal background check and $38 platform/convenience fee paid online at www.dommek.) It takes a maximium of 14 days to be approved by HOA. Once the HOA has approved the balance of one months rent with security, and a $12.00 certified mail fee will be charged at move in. No trucks or vans are allowed.
